Certain waivers for criminal and immigration violations may be used to overcome inadmissibility when applying for U.S. immigration status or defending against removal (deportation) in immigration court. Waivers are granted at the government's discretion and where the individual otherwise qualifies for the requested immigration status (i.e. a green card or nonimmigrant visa status).

Contact Grossman Young & Hammond to discuss your waiver options and how our experienced immigration attorneys can help.
