Claudia Cedeño is an Attorney at Grossman Young & Hammond with experience in family-based immigration matters. Claudia also assists clients in their asylum claims, and those who have been waiting a long time for a decision in their case, with Mandamus actions against USCIS. She also has experience assisting clients with the removal of red notices before INTERPOL.
Before joining Grossman Young & Hammond, Claudia worked at the Office of Legal Affairs and the Office of the Attorney General of Mexico at the Embassy of Mexico where she gained experience in bilateral matters and international cooperation, such as extraditions, mutual legal assistance requests, and INTERPOL red notices.
Claudia is licensed to practice law in New York and Mexico. She also holds a Master of Laws in International Legal Studies with a specialization in International Human Rights from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C.
