Corinne is an associate attorney at Grossman Young & Hammond focusing on federal habeas litigation, removal defense, and family-based immigration law.
Corinne earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as Executive Articles Editor for Volume 85 of the Maryland Law Review and was an Oscar S. Gray Research Fellow. Prior to joining the firm, Corinne externed for the Honorable Matthew J. Maddox of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and interned at Campaign Legal Center in Washington, D.C.
Corinne found her passion for immigration law as a student attorney in the Immigration Clinic and Federal Appellate Immigration Clinic, where she represented clients in defensive removal proceedings in Immigration Court and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She also served as a research assistant to several University of Maryland law professors on issues including immigration law, the Fourth Amendment, and emerging police technologies.
Before law school, Corinne worked in political and issue advocacy for several nonprofit organizations including the ACLU of New Hampshire and American Promise. Corinne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and English from Wesleyan University.
