New Report Co-Authored by Sandra Grossman Tackles Transnational Repression in the U.S.

We’re proud to share a new policy report co-authored by Managing Partner Sandra Grossman, published by the New Lines Institute: “What the U.S. Can Do to Address Transnational Repression Within Its Borders.”

Co-written with Ted R. Bromund and Bradley Jardine, the report outlines concrete steps the U.S. can take to confront the growing threat of foreign governments targeting dissidents and diaspora communities on American soil.

From reforming the use of Interpol Red Notices to improving federal agency coordination, the paper offers a bold, practical roadmap to protect civil liberties and uphold the rule of law.
