Harisa Henderson is an Attorney at Grossman Young & Hammond where her practice focuses on employment-based immigration matters. She handles a wide variety of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions including “extraordinary ability” visas, “outstanding researcher” visas, L-1 intra-company transferee visas, and H-1B visas. She has extensive experience representing a wide range of industries including financial services, technology and data sciences, and healthcare.

Before joining the firm, Harisa served as a counsel attorney at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. representing some of the world’s largest companies within the financial services industries. Prior to this position, she worked as an associate attorney at Erickson Immigration Group, specializing primarily on H-1B and TN visas within the technology industries.

Harisa is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She speaks Albanian and English.
